As a single mother, with my back up against the wall, I started ICE to support my son's college aspirations. It's always been a firm focused on the generation coming up - on the future. It's why I have such a passion for mentoring. They need mentors to provide opportunities I longed to experience, to offer guidance, and, as Amelia Earhart noted, to build the runway for future planes if none exists. Little did I know that this decision would become what defines ICE.
